Private sessions offer personalized attention to support your unique goals, while group classes invite community connection, collective breath, and shared movement.

Sound therapy healing works with the sacred vibration of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, chimes and drums to realign the body, mind and spirit. The frequencies move beyond the physical, resonating with the subtle energy centers to clear blockages, balance the charkas and restore harmony to your energetic field. Each session is an immersive journey inward, inviting deep meditation, releasing stagnant energy, and opening space for spiritual renewal, clarity and connection to your higher self.

Sound Therapy with Sacred Smoke Herbalism: $175 (note: 30 minute consult is required before proceeding with booking. As well as a $75 deposit that goes towards the final cost)

Sacred Smoke Herbalism is ancient practice working with plants as medicine, spirit, and guide. Through the art of smoke, herbs clear stagnant energy, opening pathways for clarity, and deepening connection to the unseen. During the ceremony/ritual, sacred smoke becomes a bridge between worlds honoring the earth, our ancestors and the cycle of life. This practice deeply invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and attune to the sacred language of plants, remembering that healing is not only physical but also spiritual.
A consultation before scheduling is needed before the appointment to go over lineage details. After-which, a $75.00 deposit will be required to upon scheduling the appointment.

Following the Usui lineage, Nova works with the gentle yet powerful flow of universal life force energy to support balance, healing and renewal. Rooted in the original teachings of Mikao Usui, this practice honors the sacred tradition of hands-on and distance healing while allowing spirit to guide each session.
Reiki creates space for release, restoration, and connection to the deeper wisdom within, offering harmony for body, mind and soul.

Rooted Alchemy Wellness was born from the belief that healing isn’t linear, it’s alchemical.
With a background in yoga, reiki, sound therapy and smudging ceremonies, I blend evidence-based practices with holistic modalities like breathwork, somatic movement and intuitive healing to support the whole self: physical, emotional and energetic.
As a BIPOC/Queer practitioner, I’m passionate about decolonizing wellness and making healing accessible to all bodies and identities. Every offering, whether a one-on-one session, group workshop, or online circle, is created to honor your lived experience and empower your capacity for self-regulation, resilience, and joy.
